1）same old same old

是一种非正式表达，通常用来表达某一情境或某人的行为保持不变，尤其是无聊或令人生厌的情况。

2）a level playing field

4）a hop, skip, and a jump

一系列简短、快速的跳跃运动，表示没什么大的变化；只有一小段距离；即将达成某事或是非常相似的情况。

5）play sb at their own game

常用来表达试图通过使用与某人相同的方法来获得超越他的优势；扮演对方的角色；也可用来表示玩弄某人。
